Where to eat on Sunday in Paris: great tables open that day

On Sundays, many great Paris tables pull down the shutters. This selection does the opposite: addresses whose listed hours include that day, all well-rated and documented by the press. The idea: find where to go without spending half an hour checking, from morning to dinner.

For an early Sunday, Gourou opens at 8 a.m. and Brasserie Bellanger at 9 a.m., serving bistro cooking at affordable prices according to Sortir à Paris. For brunch, Echo (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and P1 Bouche (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) bring comfort food and bakery. For a late meal, Kodawari Ramen, Bouillon Pigalle or Le Café du Commerce stay open into the evening.

The range is deliberately wide: Paris-Féni offers a Bengali meal and fresh juices at low prices, Bouillon Pigalle a meal for about twenty euros according to Gault&Millau, while Horiz and ROND open for lunch only. Check before you head out: hours change, and these are the ones listed on Google.
