Horiz is a contemporary Chinese restaurant in the heart of the Marais where rice is the star ingredient, featured in countless forms. Brothers Alexandre and Olivier Lin have transformed their family restaurant into a modern address celebrating Southeast Chinese cuisine with creativity and audacity. The concept centers on shared dishes: bing (crispy rice flour pancakes served like tacos), happiness noodles with homemade lacquered pork (a family recipe), and double-sauce fried chicken. The atmosphere blends contemporary Parisian bistro style with Chinese roots, featuring warm service and refined minimalist décor.
