Starving Club, created by Thibaut Spiwack (Top Chef 2022), is an innovative culinary concept located on Boulevard Pasteur in the 15th arrondissement. This restaurant offers three distinct gastronomic universes: Dude's (American cuisine), Côcô (Asian cuisine), and Kala (Greek cuisine). Open 7 days a week from 10:30 am to midnight, the establishment stands out for its eco-responsible approach, using local products and short supply chains. With only 20 indoor seats and 20 on the terrace, the venue offers a chef-driven street food experience, serving dishes like banh mi, burgers, gyros, and homemade cocktails. The plant-decorated interior and view of the Invalides dome add to its charm.
