Prima is an exceptional Neapolitan pizzeria located on rue des Dames in Paris's 17th arrondissement. Founded by Jean de Saulieu and Stefano Napoli, it elevates pizza to gourmet gastronomy. Under the direction of Neapolitan pizzaiolo Marco de Cristofaro (formerly Big Mamma), Prima crafts generous pizzas combining creativity, modernity, and premium ingredients sourced directly from Italy: San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Burrata from Puglia, Fiordilatte, and black pork pancetta. The elegant dining room, designed by Via Flaminia studio, features authentic Neapolitan atmosphere with hand-painted tiles, Carrara marble, and a gold-leafed oven. Beyond classics (Margherita, Napoletana, Diavola), the menu offers around ten seasonal gourmet pizzas created by the chef, each with wine pairing suggestions. Antipasti and Neapolitan desserts complete the offering.
