Piero TT is Pierre Gagnaire's Parisian interpretation of classic Italian cuisine. Located on rue du Bac in the former Gaya space, this half-bistro, half-trattoria celebrates Italian culinary heritage with authenticity and creativity. Under Sicilian chef Ivan Ferrara's direction, dishes honor great classics: refined antipasti, impeccable fresh pasta (bucatini cacio e pepe, seafood spaghetti), delicate risottos, and emblematic meats like veal Milanese. The warm atmosphere blends rustic elegance with dolce vita: Carrara marble tables, dark wood paneling, checkered flooring, vintage photographs.
