The chef, a former Big Mamma executive, offers exceptional pizzas, the result of meticulous research on dough - using hydrated sourdough and three special flour types. Baked at 390°C, with daily imported Italian products (mozzarella di bufala, Puglia burrata), and a menu highlighting creations like the World Champion pizza and Queen Tartuffo.
