Mesures is a Franco-Japanese cocktail bar and restaurant in the Haut-Marais, inspired by Japanese jazz kissas. This unique concept blends three elements: sophisticated cocktails crafted by Guillaume Castaignet (ex-Castor Club), refined cuisine by chef Cyril Pham (ex-Dersou) fusing French and Japanese influences, and curated vinyl music selections by Benoît de Bonnefamille. The intimate setting features dark wood and marble, welcoming guests seeking a complete sensory experience. Signature and revisited classic cocktails complement a seasonal menu, while lunch offers a three-course set menu.
