About
Le Cyrano is a historic Parisian bistro in the 17th arrondissement, housed in a listed 1914 building. Once a brothel and later a Surrealist haunt, it retains its original Art Nouveau décor: gilded mosaics, tarnished mirrors, under-glass frescoes, and a marble-topped bar. Since 2022, chef Charleyne Valet has revitalized the kitchen with generous, inventive bistro cuisine that reinterprets classics with finesse. Open continuously from 9am to 2am, Le Cyrano serves breakfast, lunch via affordable set menus, and dinner with small plates to share. A curated natural wine selection rounds out the experience. An authentic, convivial, and reasonably priced Parisian gem.

What the sources say.
Excerpts from 14 editorial mentions cross-referenced by Gatto.
