About
A Belleville institution since 1985, Lao Siam preserves the Laotian and Thai culinary heritage of its founders. Run by three Souksavanh brothers, this unpretentious restaurant has captivated generations with authentic, entirely homemade cuisine: spicy larmes du tigre, crispy spring rolls, fragrant curries, traditional sticky rice, and signature desserts like coconut milk ruby. Awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand, the establishment delivers exceptional value in a lively, noisy canteen atmosphere where constant queues attest to its timeless appeal.
