About
Gush ! is a cooperative bar-restaurant in Paris's 20th arrondissement, opened in 2021 by Quentin, Romain, and Paul. This independent venue cultivates an authentic neighborhood atmosphere, bringing together a multigenerational clientele around a convivial counter. The beverage selection emphasizes French craft beers (12 taps), natural wines, and classic reimagined cocktails. The kitchen offers shared plates with patrimonial yet unconventional dishes: Basque boudin, duck, beef bourguignon, Korean fried chicken. The space stands out with its white, burgundy, and black tilework, garage-punk soundtrack, and small terrace. Structured as a cooperative to prevent speculation, Gush ! embodies a popular, spirited, and ethical philosophy.
