Disco Burgers is an original street food concept in Paris's 9th arrondissement near Pigalle, founded by childhood friends Louis and Augustin. The signature concept: fully sealed burgers created with a custom-designed machine inspired by a Korean idea. This innovation ensures all ingredients stay inside, making the burger easier to eat and transport. The menu features three main burgers: the Bee Cheese with ground beef and cheddar, the Italo Disco with Mediterranean vegetables and stracciatella, and the Kool & the Lamb with shredded lamb. Each recipe is available in a vegetarian version. The funky atmosphere, decorated with disco balls and retro objects, creates a playful and nostalgic setting. Sides include homemade fries and disco sticks. An innovative concept that quickly won over Parisians.
