Under chef Clément Dupond-Moretti's direction, the establishment offers traditional Italian cuisine restructured in the Italian style with antipasti to share, primi piatti (pasta) and secondi piatti (meat and fish). Pizzas are crafted with naturally leavened dough prepared by hand on marble, following Neapolitan methods. The restaurant distinguishes itself through quality Italian ingredients, sourced notably from Carlier Vogliazzo.
