About
La Ch'tite Brigitte is an authentic estaminet in Vieux-Lille celebrating Northern French gastronomy. Created by chef Clément Richevaux as a tribute to his grandmother Brigitte, this venue embodies the convivial spirit of Flemish taverns with carefully curated vintage décor: exposed brick, wood, vintage advertisements, and oil lamps. The menu honors regional classics: Flemish carbonade, waterzoï, andouillette, welsh revisited with Sablé de Wissant cheese, fricadelle, potjevleesch, accompanied by generous fries. Homemade desserts including Liège waffles, chicory crème brûlée, and ch'tiramisu complete the experience. Recommended by Gault&Millau, the establishment has become essential among Lillois for its authenticity, warm hospitality, and balanced value.
