Café Joyeux, a unique solidarity-driven concept in Lille, offers much more than just a café. Located at 34 rue Pierre Mauroy, this venue employs people with mental and cognitive disabilities, primarily those with Down syndrome or autism. Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm, it serves specialty coffees, exceptional teas, homemade pastries, and lovingly prepared dishes. Part of a network of 28 cafés worldwide, with 21 in France, its strong mission is to promote professional inclusion and change perceptions about disability. The Lille team, consisting of 7 out of 11 employees, welcomes customers in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere, embodying their motto: 'Beautiful, Good, and True'.
