This venue offers an immersive culinary experience with homemade dishes using carefully selected fresh ingredients. The menu changes monthly, providing constant discovery of Japanese flavors. Ramen is the house specialty, offered with two types of broths: one miso-based and another fermented, accompanied by traditional toppings like braised pork slice and marinated egg. In the afternoon, the restaurant transforms into a tea salon, featuring a library about Japan and a carefully designed decor evoking Tokyo, with cherry blossom branches and wooden furniture.
