Unplug Bar is an immersive cocktail bar located on rue d'Anjou in Paris, designed as a futuristic space capsule. The concept invites visitors to travel through three continents: Asia, Africa, and South America. The retro-futuristic orange décor, imagined by Romain Caron and studio Mur.Mur, draws inspiration from Stanley Kubrick and David Lynch's universes. 360° screens display immersive landscapes accompanied by sound effects and lighting. The creative cocktail menu, crafted by mixologist Victoire Spanneut, features homemade preparations with unusual ingredients: white miso-infused sake, seaweed liqueur, Sichuan buttons. Cocktails are presented theatrically in original glassware. The venue also offers a selection of savory and sweet small plates to accompany the tasting experience.
