Created by Jean-Michel Schibeny, a talented head bartender also behind the acclaimed Arbane, this venue exudes sunny southern charm with its Italian countryside aesthetic featuring yellow-painted beams. The cocktail menu showcases refined creations crafted with southern ingredients—Corsican apéritifs, Greek spirits, French liqueurs, Italian wines, and Parisian distilleries—including signature drinks like the Dirty Gimlet with Kalamata olives, the Vieux Port blending rum and pastis, and the Riquier inspired by Nice.
