Led by Seo Yongsang, former head chef at Grenier à Pain, this establishment elegantly blends French pastry techniques with Asian flavors. The vanilla Bourbon flan, elected best flan in Île-de-France in 2023, is a masterpiece of creamy custard on caramelized puff pastry. Korean specialties like patpain (red bean brioche), matcha and black sesame rolls, and black sesame madeleines complement an exceptional sweet selection.
