Le Paris Seize is an authentic Parisian bistro located on rue des Belles Feuilles near Trocadéro. Run by the Dumant brothers since the 1980s, this establishment embodies the spirit of a true bistro with its moleskin banquettes, patinated woodwork, and Art Deco sports paintings. Elected "Bistro of the Year" by Gilles Pudlowski in 2022, it offers generous and authentic traditional Parisian cuisine: eggs mayonnaise, pâté en croûte, snails, tournedos béarnaise, veal chops with morels, and floating island with pink pralines. Service, provided by Frédéric Prud'homme for over 25 years, stands out for its warmth and professionalism. A fine selection of French wines completes this timeless experience.
