Named after the crested canary, this singular venue transports visitors to the islands through carefully curated décor blending nature and contemporary design: exotic plants, woven mirrors, colorful armchairs, and soft lighting. Head bartender Kevin Compère, a former chef, crafts inventive signature cocktails with balanced flavors—sharp, fruity, or smoky notes. The menu features a curated selection of rums from around the world. Creative mocktails and organic small plates complement the offering.
