La Crèmerie is a Parisian institution since 1880, transformed into a wine bar and small restaurant in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. This intimate establishment retains its authentic charm, featuring a hand-painted ceiling from 1880. It showcases an exceptional selection of natural wines and exclusively French wines. Under chef Tsuyoshi Yamakawa's direction, the cuisine blends Italian and Japanese influences with refined subtlety: light, sophisticated small plates highlighting quality raw ingredients.
