Jimmy est un personnage assez caricatural, gros sourcils, accent italien prononcé, qui a, comme son nom l'indique, la particularité de toujours tout répéter deux fois. Mais tout cela c'était jusqu'à avril 2017. Aujourd'hui Jimmy 2 fois, c'est avant tout un restaurant italien très à la mode du 18ème. Starting with the Jimmy (fior di latte, jambon blanc, mushroom, €12.50) and the Toto Riina (tomato sauce, capers, olives, anchovies, €13).
