Hollywood Savoy is a chic and festive brasserie located on rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires, facing the Palais Brongniart. Redesigned by architect Sophie Lacroix, it blends Art Deco elegance with contemporary style through original woodwork, bronze bar, golden velvets, and leopard accents. Under chef Grégory Cohen's direction, the cuisine offers generous bistronomic fare mixing revisited classics and modern creations: beef fillet with pepper sauce, sole grenobloise, lobster linguine, grand cru chocolate profiteroles.
