Herbarium is a unique cocktail bar located in the heart of Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers in the Marais. Designed by Raphael Navot, this venue merges the world of perfumery with the art of mixology. The concept centers on synesthesia between smell and taste: guests discover vials of botanical fragrances and essences before ordering their drinks. Under mixologist Oscar Quagliarini's direction, each cocktail is crafted from plants, flowers, and spices with precise, delicate techniques. The peaceful atmosphere, leather counter, soft lighting, and cozy armchairs create a refined and intimate setting. The terrace offers stunning views over Paris. Open daily from 6 PM to 2 AM.
