HANDO Parisian Handroll Vendôme
Japanese restaurant — Quartier Vendome (Paris)
4.9 (487)
About
Hando Vendôme, the second iteration of Hando Parisian Handroll, establishes itself as a Japanese culinary sanctuary near Place Vendôme. Designed by artistic director Adrien Albou and architect Isabelle Stanislas, this restaurant offers a refined decor blending concrete, wood, and light, featuring an 18-meter bamboo counter and an origami ceiling. Chef Chiharu Takada, formerly of Takara, masterfully crafts a menu centered on exquisite handrolls, delicate sashimis, and signature nigiris. Star dishes include tuna, salmon, and A5 wagyu handrolls, accompanied by Tomo mochis and black sesame vegan ice cream. A gastronomic journey that transports diners directly to the heart of Japan.
