Grouvie is a festive, retro cocktail bar located on the second floor of Brasserie des Prés near Odéon. Under the direction of Jennifer Le Néchet, 2016 world mixology champion, this speakeasy offers a creative menu of over ten cocktails inspired by French cuisine and pastry. The team crafts its own juices, shrubs, syrups, and emulsions. The 1970s disco décor captivates with disco balls, mirrored ceilings, pink velvet seating, and exposed beams. The venue regularly hosts concerts and performances from Wednesday to Saturday. Small plates feature croquettes, pâté en croûte, snails, and other house specialties.
