Gramme, a neo-bistro in Paris's 11th arrondissement, offers contemporary and refined cuisine. After five years partnering with Marine Gora, Romain Tellier now leads the venue solo with a streamlined concept: starter, main, dessert at lunch, and evening plates reinterpreting Parisian bistro classics. The menu changes regularly, showcasing creative dishes like leeks with yellow wine sabayon, butternut risotto, and tartare.
