Giclette is a wine bar and caviste created by Guillaume Dupré, a prominent figure in Paris's natural wine scene, and Kaori Endo, a Japanese chef from the nearby Petit Keller. Located on rue Keller in the 11th arrondissement, this hybrid venue combines wine expertise with Japanese-inspired small plates: generous vegetarian bentos, inarizushi with capers and Cantabrian anchovies, mentaiko mochi-gnocchi, and hearty futomaki.
