Déjà bu ? is Paris's first 100% alcohol-free bar-cave, located in the 11th arrondissement. Founded in February 2023 by Sarah Missaoui, a former journalist, this unique venue offers an innovative tasting experience centered on premium non-alcoholic beverages. The cave stocks approximately 60 references of alcohol-free wines, spirits, beers, and sparkling drinks, with 99% produced in France and certified 0.0% alcohol. The bar serves creative cocktails and revisited classics with accomplished mixology. The establishment regularly organizes free tastings and mixology workshops. Warm and inclusive atmosphere welcoming diverse clientele: pregnant women, those reducing consumption, abstainers, or simply curious visitors. A safe space where everyone can drink without judgment.
