Café Pavane is an intimate tea room created by Manon Hévin, daughter of the famous chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin. Located opposite the Luxembourg Garden, this establishment offers cuisine with Russian influences and a selection of exceptional pastries. Homemade dishes include blinis, pirojkis, and koulibiak, while Jean-Paul Hévin's signature desserts, such as the famous Pomme de terre and the Pavane millefeuille, are true delights.
