Boni's is a New York-style pizzeria launched by three passionate brothers in the heart of the Sentier district. The concept is straightforward and efficient: generous, crispy New York-style pizza by the slice, enjoyed quickly on-site or to-go. The menu features four classic recipes (Margherita, Spicy Pepperoni, Truffle Mushroom's, vegetarian) with customization options. All ingredients source from Italy: specialty flours (white, whole wheat, corn and sunflower seeds), San Marzano tomatoes, and Calabrian pepperoni. The atmosphere is minimalist with large bay windows. Two small tables allow for on-site dining. The three ambitious brothers are already planning a second location.
