Pain Beurre is an artisanal bakery-pastry shop created by L'Atelier des Saveurs, a renowned establishment in La Madeleine for thirteen years. Led by Léa Richard and Baptiste Masschelein, this new brand offers a refined yet indulgent range of handmade products using noble ingredients: AOP butters, Valrhona chocolate, and Paris Grand Moulins flour. Specializing in slow-fermented sourdough breads, pastries baked fresh in-store, and revisited classics (Paris-Brest, Saint-Honoré, cookies, seasonal tarts), Pain Beurre prioritizes simplicity executed flawlessly. The pared-down yet warm atmosphere, featuring wood and concrete elements, reflects the brand's modern artisanal identity. Two locations in Croix and Wazemmes embody this sincere craft philosophy.
