Les Sarrazins is a citizen-driven cooperative café located in Wazemmes, Lille, offering much more than just a dining venue. Founded by Gérard, Steeve, and Rémi, this establishment embodies a community space where locals can meet, share, and engage. The venue serves organic, artisanal, and local products while developing a rich program of popular education: workshops, conferences, debates, exhibitions, and concerts. With 50 involved members, Les Sarrazins aims to be a warm and accessible place where everyone can feel 'at home'.
