Gomu is a fusion street-food restaurant that reimagines Asian flavors with an American twist. Specializing in « baogers »—burgers made with soft bao buns (Asian steamed brioche)—the restaurant offers seven recipes including a vegetarian option with breaded melting mozzarella.
