Good selection of savoury GF buckwheat galettes. Two options for the GF dessert galettes. Tried both savoury and sweet and they were both DELICIOUS!! Would definitely recommend - yum! Be careful because the desert crêpes are made with wheat and there is risk of overlap. Lovely place and tasty food! Safety Taste Variety GF MENU ITEMS * — Galettes OTHER * — Good for dairy-free read full review ---------------------------------------- paris777eloise Symptomatic Celiac 1 year ago The galettes they serve originate from the Brittany region and are often traditionally made from buckwheat flour for savory flavours so they are very good!! The sweet crepes are usually traditionally made from wheat flour but you can ask for them GF and they will do them buckwheat for you. They use a separate pan/prep area for them. There are a few Creperies in Paris and they have become a staple for us as they are a good option when you need a satiating and balanced meal without contamination anxiety.
